Fran Vázquez’s Future Is Not In Orlando
In the summer ends the four-year deal that Fran Vazquez signed in 2006.
The FC Barcelona has the option to unilaterally renew it for one year. And he will. But the club will offer him an extension with a lot of years and money.
The club did not want to lose the best Spanish outside the NBA. A player who is only 26 years and who makes progress year after year.
The newspaper ‘La Voz de Galicia’ quotes a source close to Vázquez who says: “Where’s going to be better than Barcelona? He is a part of a major project, in a winning team, a favorite to all titles.”

I think Fran will see that with Dwight Howard, he can have fame beyond basketball, endorsements that Barcelona cant offer.
