Rudy Gay With Team USA For The Worlds?
Grizzlies forward Rudy Gay’s career year on the basketball court will get even better this summer when he is expected to be part of the USA Basketball Men’s National Team.
Gay will be among the pool players announced today during a conference call with USA Basketball chairman Jerry Colangelo and head coach Mike Krzyzewski, a source with knowledge of the situation confirmed.
Gay has a chance to be a part of next year’s team at the world championships in Turkey.
Along with Kevin Durant of Oklahoma City, Gay began to make his case last summer during a Team USA intrasquad exhibition game in Las Vegas.
